When your data allowance is used up, or your validity period ends, the eSIM stops passing data. Your phone may still show signal, but nothing will load. There are no overage charges: plans are prepaid, so there is nothing to cancel.
Check how much you have left
Most plans show remaining data and days in your Vuoly dashboard. You can also check on your phone. See: How to check your data usage.
Your options
Top up. Open your eSIM dashboard: eSIMs that support top-ups show a Top Up button. Topping up keeps the same eSIM working, with no new installation.
Buy a new plan. Purchase works the same as your first order, and since you are already at your destination, you can install and connect right away. See: Buying an eSIM.
Good to know
On iPhone, a newly installed eSIM starts its usage counter at zero automatically, so its reading is accurate from day one.
If you still have data but nothing loads, the problem may be the connection rather than the plan. See: Why isn't my eSIM working?
