Remove an eSIM once your plan has ended and you no longer need it. Deleting it frees up space in your SIM list and keeps your settings tidy.
Before you delete
Wait until your plan has ended. Deleting an eSIM does not pause or refund the plan.
Most Vuoly eSIMs can be reinstalled later on the same device, but not on a different one. If you are not sure whether yours can, ask us in support chat before deleting. See: Can I delete and reinstall my eSIM?
On iPhone
Go to Settings > Cellular (called Mobile Data in some regions).
Tap your Vuoly plan.
Tap Delete eSIM and confirm.
On Android
Steps vary a little by brand:
Go to Settings > Network & internet > SIMs (on Samsung: Settings > Connections > SIM manager).
Tap your Vuoly eSIM.
Tap Delete (or Remove) and confirm.
After deleting
Your phone goes back to using your other SIM for data. If you deleted the eSIM by mistake, see Can I delete and reinstall my eSIM? or contact us in support chat.
