No. An installed eSIM cannot be moved to another device. This is standard for travel eSIMs: the installation works once, on one device.
If you have not installed it yet
You can still choose the device. Open the confirmation email or the mobile dashboard on the phone you want to use and install from there. See: How to install your eSIM.
If it is already installed
The eSIM stays tied to the original phone. If you switched phones mid-trip, or your phone was lost or broken, contact us in support chat and we will review your case individually. Transferring is normally not supported, so a replacement is not guaranteed.
Changing phones before a trip?
Wait and install the eSIM directly on the phone you will travel with. In our experience, phone-to-phone transfer tools (like iPhone Quick Start) do not carry travel eSIMs over to the new device.
